Self-Help Housing

    
Ready for your own home? The Self-Help Housing Program provides new home-ownership opportunities for those families who qualify. Participants work in a group setting with other families under the guidance of qualified construction supervisors. Each household is required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Mandatory participation days are weekends and Monday evenings. Key features of MHDC’s Mutual Self-Help Housing Program include, but are not limited to:

  • Rates As Low As 1%
